| Bids are now being accepted from prequalified firms on the following bid packages: | Trade Package Contractor:
Project consists of the construction of 5,580sf of additions and renovations. Bids will be accepted for the following packages: 03A-Concrete, 04A-Masonry, 05A-Structural Steel, 07B-Roofing, 08A-Windows, Glass & Glazing, 08B-Wood Windows, 09A-Drywall, 14A-Elevators, 15A-Plumbing, 15B-Fire Protection, 15C-HVAC, 16A-Electrical. Pre-qualification is required in order to submit a bid.
RFQ s can be attained by contacting Jen Street at Clancy & Theys. Required documents include the AIA A305 and the C&T; Supplemental Information. UNC and Clancy & Theys have an affirmative policy of fostering, promoting, and conducting business with women and minority owned enterprises.
