This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR 12.6) as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. AMCOM intends to evaluate offers and award a contract without discussions with offerers. However, the Government reserves the right to conduct discussions if later determined by the Contracting Officer to be necessary. Therefore, offerors initial offer should contain their best terms from a price and technical standpoint. All prospective offerors must be actively registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). All responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered.
