The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Lockheed Martin Systems Integration, (CAGE Code 03640), 1801 State RT 17C,Owego, NY 13827-3900. The purpose of the proposed contract is to procure Specialized Test Equipment (STE) necessary to perform depot level repairs of MH-60 Common Cockpit Avionics Suite. The requirement is various parts to include
CAMFD/SMFD Test Station, CAMFD/SMFD Test Station Software, CAMFD/SMFD Test Station Documentation; MC/FMC Test Station, MC/FMC Test Station Software, MC/FMC Test Station Documentation; Relay Assembly Test Station, Relay Assembly Test Station Software, Relay Assembly Test Station Documentation; Audio Management Computer Assembly Test Station, Audio Management Computer Test Station Software, Audio Management Computer Test Station Documentation; and CSC Test Station, CSC Test Station Software, CSC Test Station Documentation.
The Navy intends to procure this effort under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (C)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. The Navy does not own current data, drawings, or other specifications to permit full and open competition. A solicitation is not available for this procurement. The Naval Air Warfare Center, Lakehurst, is hereby adding the following requirements to this procurement: An Option for Interim Logistics Support Package for the equipment to include maintenance, repair and calibration of the equipment, an Option for Accessory Items, and an Option for a Universal Supply Tester capable of energizing, loading, testing and fault isolating/trouble shooting all power supply modules.
