Notice Summary


PUBLIC NOTICE

Please be advised that the Oregon Department of Forestry (ODF) hereby provides a Public
Notice of the approval of a Request for Special Procurement for the amendment of an
existing contract with Sanborn Map Company, Inc. This amendment will allow ODF to add the
analysis of its financial systems to the Agency wide review of its critical business
functions as part of a business process improvement effort. This request is effective as
of July 28, 2008 (Special Procurement).
This Notice is pursuant to Oregon Revised Statutes (ORS) 279B.085(4) and 279B.400 and the
Oregon Administrative Rules (OAR) 125-247-0287 and 125-247-0700.

Any affected person may protest the approval of this Special Procurement.

An affected person must deliver such written protest toODF within seven (7) calendar days
after the first date of this Public Notice. The written protest, pursuant to OAR 125-247-
0700, must include:
1. A detailed statement of the legal and factual grounds for the protest;
2. A description of the resulting harm to the affected person; and
3. The relief requested.
