Synopsis:

This notice is to modify SPM4A6-08-R-0296 to amend the issue date, closing date and solicitation type. Solicitation will be Unrestricted, Other than Full and Open Competition. Closing date will be April 14, 2008 with a closing date if April 18, 2008. All other terms and conditions remains the same.

NSN is Critical Item Application, Non-Commercial and is Configuration Control applicable. Government First Article Testing is required. Approved sources are Flanagan Brothers Inc, Cage 06959, and Dover Tool company, Inc, Cage 1U666, Demusz Mfg. Co, Cage 2V116, The Birken Mfg. Co, Cage 31340, Union Machine Company of Lynn, Inc, Cage 51992, United Technologies Corporation, Cage 52661, and United Technologies Corporation, Cage 77445. All sources have the same Part Number, 821885. Surge and Sustainment is required for the NSN. The solicitation will result in Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for one year plus for (4) option years. The Estimated Annual Demand (EAD) for the base year and for each option year thereafter is 96 each. The guaranteed minimum delivery order quantity for the base year is 24 each. The guaranteed maximum delivery order quantity for the base year is 96 each. The guaranteed minimum delivery order quantity for each option year is 24 each. The guaranteed maximum delivery order quantity for each option year is 96 each. The Requested delivery is 313 days ARO. Automated Best Value System applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon Price, Past Performance, and other Evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
