Synopsis:

The National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) intends to award a sole source contract to Tony R. Hardin for Space Planning and Design Services under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. Mr. Hardin will provide technical space planning and design services to the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) for the period of six months beginning September 2008 with two, three month options terms. Services are to include space design, utilization studies, on-site surveys and inventories, Computer Aided Design and Drafting (CADD) design services, market surveys, technical evaluations of space configuration and project management services for space reduction, tenant improvements and alteration projects, including preparing project schedules, spreadsheets and evaluation reports.



NO SOLICITATION OR REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS (RFQ) IS AVAILABLE.



This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes, however all responses received before the closing date of this announcement will be considered by the Government. Information received will also be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete is solely within the discretion of the Government.
