Project Title: Space Planning, Space Master-Planning and Relocation Planning Services
1. Corporate capability to provide full-time, qualified personnel with Top Secret/SCI security clearances for work described below working on-site in the National Capital Region (NCR), primarily at Bolling Air Force Base.
2. Corporate possession of a Top Secret Facility Clearance .
3. Corporate experience within the last 3 years providing interior office space design and drafting services for DoD facilities subject to Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) requirements.
4. Corporate experience within the last 3 years creating office relocation plans and managing phased office moves of a minimum of 750 total personnel in SCIF facilities and subject to intelligence community and DoD relocation regulations and requirements.
5. Corporate experience creating an office space master plan encompassing 200,000 Gross Square Feet or more of multiple SCIF facilities including sequencing of multi-year phased relocations.
6. Corporate capability to provide personnel proficient in the Archibus Computer-Aided Facility Management system to a level sufficient to create office space data queries and reports including linked AutoCAD space diagram output.
7. Corporate capability to provide personnel proficient in AutoCAD 2006 or later version.
8. Knowledge of DoD and intelligence community office space standards and office relocation standards, regulations and procedures.
