The USDA, Agricultural Research Service, Fort Keogh Livestock and Range Research Laboratory, Miles City, Montana, requires delivery of Soybean Meal 44%, Ruminant Trace Mineral, and Range Mineral for livestock. Delivery shall be made Monday through Friday only between 8:00 A.M. and 4:30 P.M., excluding Federal holidays, unless otherwise scheduled. This acquisition is being conducted on a Commercial Items Best Value basis. Evaluation criteria in no order of preference are availability, price, and past performance. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for small business (fewer than 100 employees). The solicitation will be available in Adobe Acrobat format for downloading approximately September 16, 2008.
