Bid Description:
**REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS*** The Town of Springfield, Vermont, herein after referred to as the Municipality, is soliciting Construction Inspection Services for the above referenced project. The project begins on VT 11 in the Village of Springfield at the Community Center Bridge (mile marker 5.0) and continues along VT 11 for approximately 2200 feet to Valley St. The improvements include traffic signal upgrade, sidewalk rehabilitation/construction, signage, benches and bike racks. The required services being solicited are outlined in Section II of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ).
Special Instructions: Consultants interested in this project should submit five (5) copies of their Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) to: Robert Forguites, Town of Springfield, 96 Main Street, Springfield, VT 05156. SOQ's must be submitted in sealed envelopes with the following information clearly printed on the outside: Name and address of prime consultant, due date and time, envelope contents (Statement of Qualifications), and project and name & number. All questions related to this RFQ should be addressed to the MPM. Questions may be sumitted in writing or by email. All proposals must be received by the MPM no later than 4:00PM on May 9, 2008.
