SOUTH OPERATIONS AREA HEADQUARTERS RELOCATE FACILITY
CALIFORNIA DEPARTMENT OF FORESTRY & FIRE PROTECTION (CAL FIRE)
RIVERSIDE, RIVERSIDE COUNTY, CA

Provide professional construction project management (CPM) services for the relocation and construction of the joint use CSR-Riverside facilities on approximately 12+/- acres at March Air Resources Base (ARB). Construction includes the following buildings; Operations Coordination Center (12,323 sf+/-), Administration/Office (33,996 sf+/-), Joint Information Center/training/classrooms (6,950 sf+/-), Construction Engineering Office (3,504 sf+/-), Electrical Shop (1,581sf+/-), Mechanical Shop (2,602sf+/-), Automotive Shop (2,839sf+/-), Groundskeeper Shop (607sf+/-), and Warehouse (3,240sf+/-). The project also includes site work, utilities, paving, curbs, gutters, vehicle wash rack, fencing, landscaping, fueling facilities, signage, two emergency generators, and communication tower.

The estimated construction cost for this project is $33,000,000.

Working Drawings are scheduled to commence in March 2009, and construction is anticipated to start in June 2009.
