Please respond to this sources sought via email or phone to Katherine.Solon@gsa.gov. Please respond as quickly as possible. GSA is currently conducting "sourcing only" for the following items for potential Hurricane-related disasters.
Baby Food (jars)
Baby Formula
Wipes (prefer Baby wipes)
Diapers (baby and adult)
Please provide the following:
1. Description of item you could provide.
2. Company Name
3. Contact info (including POC, name, phone number, email)
4. Emergency phone number and contact info (supplies may be needed during non working hours, if available please provide this info).
5. Quantity of supplies available.
6. Availability of supplies (could you ship overnight?)
7. Pricing (FOB destination)
Hurricane Ike is expected to hit Texas on Saturday 9/13/08. This is the estimated delivery location if supplies are needed.
