Synopsis:

The Florida Army National Guard (FLARNG) is seeking sources for commercially available products. The FLARNG intends to purchase the ACH Head-Loc (TM) Retention System--H-Nape from Ops-Core, Inc., and will consider commercially available competing products before making purchase. No military specification exists for this product. The FLARNG intends to purchase a quantity of 400 systems. Companies wishing to submit information on a competing product may do so by submitting: Brand name, if any, and Make or model number; Include descriptive literature such as illustrations, drawings or URL where similar information about the product can be found. Product samples may be submitted for review. Product samples shall be submitted the the address indicated in this notice at or prior to the time specified for receipt of information. These samples shall be submitted at no expense to the Government, and returned at the sender's request and expense, unless they are destroyed during preaward testing.
Information received after the date indicated in this notice shall be maintained by the FLARNG for evaluation for future requirements. Interested parties submitting information in response to this notice shall be notified for a request for quotation for the alternate product, or debriefed in the case the alternate product is not acceptable to the FLARNG.
