Project Description: In general, the work consists of supplying all labor, materials and equipment necessary to abandon the existing pipe in place and capping off at the tunnel and construction of approximately 150 square foot concrete block building next to the Schulz Information Center that will house the hot water boilers and pumps, also included is the installation of the equipment and tie into the infrastructure in the mechanical space in the Schulz Information Center on the Sonoma State University campus, Rohnert Park, California, in accordance with the plans and specifications prepared by Cancio Engineering.
