Purpose
|

It is the intent of this specification to furnish and deliver four (4) new, unused, solar powered portable dynamic message sign, Solar Tech MB-3048 or approved equal to be delivered to the Department of Public Works/Road Maintenance Division, 866 Carolina Road, Suffolk, Virginia 23434.

|
The purpose of these specifications is to secure the necessary equipment and accessories, which will comprise the system as described or an approved equal. A detail list of components required is included. All items needed to operate the unit even though not mentioned in the specifications must be supplied. The equipment supplied shall be new, unused and in production for a minimum of three (3) years. The dealer must have factory trained technicians capable of diagnosing and repairing problems and parts department stocking factory parts.
