We are in need of a software product to electronically manage our internal associate IDEA Program.
Our desire is to have a web based product that would administer our IDEA Program, to include:
- Submissions and Responses
- A built in IDEA voting, ranking and comment mechanism
- Customized Sorting Filters, such as by: Users, Latest Submissions, Most Votes, Most Comments
- Project Management tool for IDEAs that are adopted that can establish time tables
- Access to Data History
- IDEA Posting Controls What gets posted and What doesn t, i.e. foul language
- Dashboard snapshots and real time reports
- Control over System Customization, Configuration and Scalability in order to make it our own.
