Synopsis:

The James A. Haley Veterans Hospital (JAHVH), 13000 Bruce B. Downs Blvd., Tampa, FL 33612, intends to award a contract for lease of three 31-passenger, rear engine drive shuttle buses (with one backup bus). The JAHVH will be responsible for providing the drivers. All responsible sources may submit a quote to be considered by this agency. All quotes shall be submitted electronically via email to marvin.butler@va.gov or via facsimile to 813-972-7572 (attention: Ben Butler). Electronic version of solicitation will be available at the following URL: https://www.fbo.gov/ on or about September 27, 2008. The estimated closing date for this solicitation will be on or about October 3, 2008. Any amendments or additional information issued to this solicitation will also be available electronically at the URL address. Offerors are responsible for obtaining any and all amendments or additional information. No hard copies of the solicitation will be issued. The Government intends to award one contract as a result of this RFQ. Award will be made based on the evaluation criteria set forth in the solicitation.
