Synopsis:


The 43rd Force Support Squadron at Pope AFB, North Carolina, is in need to replace its current serving line. The information sought herein is for planning purposes ONLY and shall not be construed as a request for quote (RFQ), request for proposal (RFP), invitation for bid (IFB) or as an obligation or commitment on the part of the Government to acquire any product or service. There shall be no basis for claims against the government as a result of information submitted in response to the sources sought announcement. The government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this announcement or otherwise pay for any information submitted by respondents to this request. This notice is for market research purposes only and is not indicative of a full requirement. Should a full requirement arise, the full requirement will be detailed in the solicitation, if issued.

The specifications of the serving line needed are as follows:

1. Serving Line - 25 Foot serving line with sneeze guard and tray slide. Laminate on the front and sides. Model: CFE-CMARKFAB

Sources Sought Instructions: A written response with detailed information is requested of those interested suppliers who can provide the above needed items meeting the required specifications. Or equal to items shall provide a specification sheet providing full capability listing. Detailed information shall include the vendor's capability of providing the required goods and current commercial availability. Responses to this notice are due on or before 4:00 p.m. on Wed 3, September , 2008. Priority for consideration will be given to small businesses but all business sizes are encouraged to submit a response if interested.
