The USPTO plans to modify sole source Purchase Order DOC43PAPT0802091 with Facilities Design Consultants, 24016 Santa Anita Court, Damascus, MD 20872 to provide up to an additional 1,827 hours of the following services: Installation, reconfiguration, maintenance and repair of USPTO s existing Precision Furniture on a labor hour basis. Facilities Design Consultants is the only responsible source to provide the aforementioned services as it is the exclusive distributor for Precision furniture in the Washington Metropolitan area. If other vendors perform installation, reconfiguration, maintenance or repair of this furniture all manufacturer warranties will be voided.
