IS SEEKING TO LEASE AN EXISTING BUILDING OR NEW CONSTRUCTION FOR THE RELOCATION OF THE
STEWARTSTOWN, PA MAIN POST OFFICE
Solicitation #: 362575-08-A- P028
Preferred area is within the corporate limits of Stewartstown Borough or within a one mile radius of the present Post Office.
The Postal Service is seeking proposals for 4000 SF of new OR existing space to be leased together with loading facilities on a suitable site including parking and maneuvering area for approximately 40 vehicles. Building must have a loading platform or other provision for truck loading and unloading. The building must meet Federal Handicapped Accessibility Standards at the time of occupancy or be capable of being modified to meet standards.
New construction to be in accordance with USPS requirements and all applicable local building standards and regulations. Premises must be properly zoned or capable of being rezoned for use as a postal facility. Offeror must own or control the site. The Postal Service reserves the right to negotiate with any and all offerors. Official USPS lease forms are the preferred proposal format. If offers are submitted in letter format, the proposal must address all issues as set forth in the Solicitation. USPS reserves the right to reject any proposal deemed non-responsive.
