The Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife is currently accepting quotes for the purchase
and delivery of multiple Volunteer Award items.
ITEMS:
Hats (multiple colors and styles)
Tee Shirts
Sweatshirts
Ceramic mugs with selected graphics
Water Bottles
Key Tags
Pocket Knifes
Leather Gloves
Bandanas
The complete list of items is attached on the MANDATORY BID SHEET. Additional pictures
can be provided upon request.
METHOD OF BIDDING:
Bidder must use the MANDATORY Bid Sheet attached. Bidder can bid on one or all items.
Prices must be bid per each item; not a blanket price for the quantity ordered. The price
of each items MUST include ALL ARTWORK & SHIPPING charges. No additional charges will be
paid.
METHOD OF AWARD:
ODFW reserves the right to make multiple awards. ODFW reserves the right to award in the
best interest of the State.
Vendors awarded Contracts: Artwork will be provided by ODFW. ODFW is going to give
successful Bidders the artwork for the items you are awarded.
Notice: Artwork provided is for the sole use for items awarded. Use for any other
purposes is prohibided.
Notice: All art work and graphics (including logos), used on all items ordered shall be
the exclusive property of the Agency. At no charge, vendor(s) will return by electronic
mail or CD, artwork in format used to produce the items, either in .tiff format or as AI
vector files, not in .pdf format, within two weeks of delivery of the products to: Jennell
Hoehne, ODFW, 17330 SE Evelyn Street, Clackamas, OR 97015.
*Any reference to brand names is meant as descriptive not restrictive.
Alternate bids will be considered on products, which meet or exceed products indicated on
quote.
Vendor is to mark clearly alternate proposals.
"OR EQUAL": Any brand name listed in the specifications as "or equal" or "or equivalent"
shall establish the minimum requirements for quality, utility, durability, function,
purpose, etc. Other product brands may be offered that are equal to or better than the
product brand name. Bidder may show cost differences, alternates and options in the space
provided in the quote. This clause is not meant to be restrictive, but to set the minimum
standard. AGENCY SHALL DETERMINE, IN ITS SOLE DISCRETION, WHETHER A PRODUCT OFFERED
IS "EQUAL." When the designation is "or equal" or "equivalent" Agency shall make its
decision after Bid Closing. For products offered as an "or equal or equivalent," samples
may be required from the apparent low bidder(s) before awards are made.
SHIP WHOLE ORDERS ONLY: If the order is delivered in separate shipments, invoices will not
be accepted nor paid until the total shipment is received in its entirety.

ODFW reserves the right to cancel the solicitation, or reject in whole or in part, any or
all quotes when the cancellation or rejection is in the best interest of the contracting
Agency, in accordance with ORS 279B.100.
