This notice is issued to obtain interested parties qualified and interested in providing a commercial item proposal prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation Subpart 12.602 for a Fortification and Security Kits at Ellsworth AFB, SD. The contractor shall provide for all supplies, transportation, and labor requirements for the Fortification and Security Kits. All responsible sources may respond to this issuance. The North American Industry Code is 423990, and the Small Business Size Standard is 100 employees. Interested parties must register in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR), online at https://www.bpn.gov/CCR/scripts/index.html and must also register at the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) website https://orca.bpn.gov/.
This requirement is for a :
1) QFEB2 Security Kit OR EQUAL Manufacturer: Garrett Container Systems, Inc. Kit consists of large traffic cones with reflective collars, red nylon rope, STOP/SLOW signs, metal detector wands, search mirrors and storage container.
2) Field Fortification Pioneer Kit OR EQUAL Manufacturer: Garrett Container Systems, Inc. This kit consists of the hand tools required to establish lightly fortified positions. Hand tools includes shovels, sledge hammers, axe, pick/mattock, saw, work gloves and other items.
