Combined Synopsis/Solicitation (Security Cages) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). RFQ # M67399-08-Q-0068 The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-18. This is a restricted purchase set-aside for 100% Small Business Concerns. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 332312. The Standard Industrial Classification Code (SIC) for this order is 3441. The small business size standard is 500 EMP. The Federal Supply Classification (FSC) for this order is 5410. This solicitation is for the procurement of cages, the list of equipment is as follows. CLIN 0003- Qty: 8: Security cage 30 X 96 panels 8-guage galvanized welded wire grid with 1-1/2 X 3 openings, frame 2 X 2, 14 gauge, galvanized steel frame door, industrial grade hinged doors.CLIN 0004- Qty: 80: Welded wire removable shelf, 44 X 26 shelves, 4 gauge, galvanized welded wire grid with 1 X 3 opening and 20 gauge galvanized steel panel.
