| Description: |
The Department of Youth Services desires to competitively procure a thirty bed secure treatment program to be located on the second floor of the Connelly Center to be operated as two separate wings of fifteen beds. DYS has consolidated all of the Metro Region secure treatment programs, including State operated programs, into a state owned and operated facility known as the Judge Connelly Youth Service Center located in Roslindale MA. The secure treatment programs being bid will provide a full range of services including security, behavior management, clinical, health, education, recreation, family support, facility operation and community transition. The selected bidder will be responsible for all aspects of the twenty-four hour operation of the program and will be expected to maintain compliance with the RFR and contract bid requirements throughout the life of the contract. |
