New metal shelving and wire mesh partitions. New HVAC systems with DDC controls. Boiler replacement and distribution system. Miscellaneous brick infill and minimal tuck pointing and masonry sealant. New fire sprinkler, fire alarm and emergency lighting systems. Removal of propane backup system and associated fencing and concrete pad. Provide new electrical service and distribution system. Replace light fixtures. Renovation of basement level.
FURTHER DESCRIPTION: Each response which totals more than $50,000.00 must be accompanied by a certified check, cashiers check, or money order made payable only to the State of Minnesota; or a surety bond of a surety company duly authorized to do business in the State of Minnesota; in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total amount of the response, which is submitted as a solicitation security conditioned upon the responder s entering into a contract with the State of Minnesota in accordance with the terms of the solicitation. It is agreed that said solicitation security of the successful responder will constitute liquidated damages, not a penalty, for the failure or refusal of the successful responder to execute and deliver the contractual documents, in a correct form, within ten (10) days after receipt of the contract documents. This project is subject to Targeted Group/Economically Disadvantaged business preference.
