NOTICE TO OFFERORS
(CHAPTER 103D)
IFB-08-0.25T-Oa
The Department of Land and Natural Resources, Division of
Forestry and Wildlife, is soliciting bids to furnish and deliver 2 each
¼ ton pickup trucks with short-bed crew-cab, 4-wheel drive, to the Oahu
District Baseyard.
Copies of the IFB may be obtained from the Division of
Forestry and Wildlife, 2135 Makiki Heights Drive, Honolulu, Hawaii, 96822, at
no cost beginning on April 30, 2008.
The IFB may also be downloaded from the State Procurement Office Procurement
Notices website, http://www4.hawaii.gov/bidapps/.
Delivery is required within 180 days following acceptance of
the bid. Sealed bids will be
received at the Division of Forestry and Wildlife office, 2135 Makiki Heights
Drive, Honolulu, Hawaii, 96822.
Bids submitted by fax or by electronic mail will also be accepted;
please see the IFB for details.
All bids must be submitted no later than 4:00 p.m. May 14, 2008. Anything received after that time will
not be considered and will be returned to the applicant unopened. There are no exceptions to this
requirement.
The State reserves the right to cancel this IFB at any time
and reject any and all proposals or to waive any defect, when in its opinion,
such cancellation, rejection or waiver will be in the best interests of the
State of Hawaii. The State of
Hawaii assumes no financial responsibility in the preparation of any responses
to this IFB.
