Arnold AFB, TN has the following requirement for sealing exterior walls, Facility 100 to include: provide all labor, materials, transportation, equipment, and product to accomplish,per the specifications; the cleaning, surface preparing, applying of water repellant treatments to masonry, and all other associated work as described in this Statement of Work, to the exterior surfaces of Facility 100. Work also includes cleaning all exterior building wall, soffit and window, louver, and door surfaces, repairing and repointing mortar joints in all damaged areas of brick veneer walls, removal and replacement of control/expansion joint sealers, removal
and replacement of window glazing sealants/caulking, construction of new prefinished sheetmetal window drip edges, replacement of existing insect screens(approx. 60 SF), and miscellaneous painting. The period of performance is 16 weeks after Notice to Proceed. Disclosure of Magnitude of Constructioon Project is between $250,000-$500,000.

NOTICE: Award of a contract will be in accordance with FAR 52.232-18, Availability of Funds. Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government's obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor received notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer.
