REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS
SCHEDULE REVIEW AND ANALYSIS SERVICES
UCI MEDICAL CENTER CAMPUS
The University is seeking the best qualified firm to conduct Schedule Review and Analysis services to support new construction at the UC Irvine Medical Center campus in Orange, California. Services will consist of reviewing baseline schedules, monthly updates and pay applications, preparation and submittal of monthly reports, review revisions and recovery schedules and visits to the job site as requested by the University to review construction progress. Qualified firm must have 10 years experience with large complex projects including hospitals, laboratories and high-tech facilities. Firm must have experience with projects greater than $50 million. Contract duration: Approx. 45 months.
