The scope of work encompasses all the information in the drawings and specifications and everything else incidental thereto to achieve a complete and functional Single Family Residence. The properties are existing Single Family Homes located in five separate sites identified as Site 4A, 4C, 4E, 5D and 5E. The following is applicable to all sites:
1. Removal of, but not limited to, roof structure, parts of block walls, windows, doors, interior partitions, electrical panel, conduits, wires and boxes, plumbing fixtures and lines including sanitary lines running under the slab, appliances, equipment, accessories, gypsum board and furring strips in concrete block walls, portions of asphalt paving.
2. Repair and/or patching of existing conditions to remain including, but not limited to, concrete block walls and floor concrete slab.
3. Provision and installation of, but not limited to, new roof structure and asphalt shingle roofing, wall and roof insulation, windows and doors, interior partitions, complete electrical, lighting, HVAC and plumbing systems, Kitchen and Bathroom fixtures and accessories, appliances not labeled (NIC), furring strips and gypsum board, floor finishes, interior and exterior paint including pressure washing, sub-base and asphalt paving replacement and landscaping. The following sites have additional considerations:
1. Site 4A. Verification of sanitary lateral to the site and possible septic tank. Work for septic tank disconnection and abandonment. Possible provision of sanitary lateral to the site.
2. Site 5E. Additional disable parking space and ramp. This work will be performed at the locations as follows:
1. 2200 NW 74th Street
2. 7470 NW 22nd Court
3. 2248 NW 75th Street
4. 7100 NW 21st Court
5. 2121 NW 71st Street |
