The Bureau of Engraving & Printing (BEP) intends to place an order with Graphic Microsystem Inc for all needed items supplied by Graphic Microsystem. Company will repair and/or upgrade in-line autosmart scanning equipment and color management. Also, supply needed items and/or parts relating to the same. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302 and 13.106-1. The resulting purchase order shall not exceed the simplified purchase threshold. The procedures set forth in FAR Part 13.106 shall be used. See numbered note 22.
