Description Iowa Workforce Development (IWD), located at the IWD Building in Des Moines, Iowa, is requesting bids for the following scanner. 1 - Bowe Bell & Howell Spectrum XF 8120DBI Scanner with 1 year maintenance, configured to work with Kofax software - 4 hour on site - Local same day on site service. Service support must be from Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. CT. Includes: Labor, service call, travel, on site repair and 2 preventative maintenances (cleanings) per year (cleaning supplies must be provided by Vendor). Vendor MUST have working knowledge of scanner configured within Kofax. A signed copy of the attachment must be received by the due date and time. All questions must be sent to the contact person via email. Then all questions and answers will be added to this site as they come in so everyone will have access to them at the same time.
