The San Francisco Bay LTMS (LTMS) Environmental Windows Science Assessment and Data Gaps Work Group (Science Group) identifies uncertainties in areas of scientific knowledge which, if resolved, could aid in regulations and policies relating to dredging operations for the SF Bay LTMS. Uncertainties may be resolved literature reviews and technical studies. An overview of potential uncertainties and pertinent products are contained in the LTMS Science Group Framework Document1. These reviews and studies may be contracted out by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (Corps).
The Corps is compiling a list of qualified contractors interested in receiving notification of Requests for Proposals (RFP) on selected work. This list will serve as one means of identifying potential contractors and does not assure that those on the list will receive RFPs. Please note that the Corps does not respond to unsolicited proposals.
NOTE: NACIS Codes 541690-Other Scientific and Technical Consulting Services and 541771-Research and Development in Biotechnology also apply. Geographic location is restricted to California only. The Government will not pay for any effort espended in responding to this notice.
