The City of Lakeland Florida has numerous pieces of Photography Equipment available for immediate sale. The equipment consists of, but not limited to, Cameras, Flashes, Darkroom Equipment, Film Processing Tanks, Tripods and assorted Film Processing Systems.

It is the intent of the City of Lakeland to sell this Equipment as One (1) Lot and will not entertain any piecemeal offers.

Bids will be accepted until Friday, April 18, 2008 at 5:00 p.m. Bid proposal should be submitted on the accompanying Bid Sheet and submitted to the City of Lakeland Purchasing Division by Mail: 1140 E. Parker Street, Lakeland, FL 33801, Fax: (863) 834-6777 or Email: (purch@lakelandgov.net). All Equipment is being Sold "As Is" and "Is Final." No Warranty is Offered, Implied or Given. It will be the responsibility of the Purchaser to arrange for the transportation of all items purchased and to remove all items from the site within ten (10) days of award notification by the City of Lakeland. The Purchaser shall meet the insurance requirements of the City of Lakeland's Risk Management Office if awarded. Terms of the sale are "Cashier's" or "Certified" Check, made payable to the City of Lakeland, due within ten (10) days upon award notification.
