The City of Lakeland, Florida has for sale a JLG Man Lift, Model 40HA, Serial No. 0309014458 with a Platform Height of Forty Feet (40'), the Engine is an Air Diesel Deutz, Type F2L1001, Model No. 7912299. The machine is located at the North McIntosh Power Plant.

Parties interested in purchasing this machine shall contact Mr. Bob Bridges at (863) 834-6612 to schedule an appointment for inspection.

Bids will be accepted until Thursday, March 6, 2006 at 5:00 p.m. Bid proposal should be submitted on company letterhead and submitted to the City of Lakeland Purchasing Division by Mail: 1140 E. Parker Street, Lakeland, FL 33801, Fax (863) 834-6777 or E-mail (purch@lakelandgov.net). All Equipment is being Sold "As Is" and "Where Is." THE CITY MAKES NO WARRANTY OF MECHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THE CITY HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. It will be the responsibility of the purchaser to arrange for the transportation of all items purchased and to remove all items from the site within Ten (10) days of award notification by the City of Lakeland. The purchaser shall meet the insurance requirements of the City of Lakeland s Risk Management Office. Terms of the sale are Cashier's or Certified Check, made payable to the City of Lakeland, due within ten (10) days upon award notification by the City of Lakeland.
