This solicitation covers the estimated two (2) year requirements of the State of California for SAFETY HELMETS (HARD HATS). The contract resulting from this solicitation will be MANDATORY all State of California Departments and available for use by participating local agencies.
The contract will contain one (1) extension option for one (1) year or portion thereof. The terms, conditions, and prices for the contract extension option shall be by mutual agreement between the successful supplier and the State. If a mutual agreement cannot be met the contract may be terminated at the end of the current contract term and/or
contract extension(s).
