This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement F3G1FA8204A003 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The size standard for a small business under this NAICS code is 500 people. This is a commercial request for a Safety Harness & Inflatable Life Vest.
Salient characteristics are as follows: Manual or Automatic inflatable flotation cell, survival vest contains specific pockets for stowage of survival gear, made with fire resistant fabric and mesh, dual chamber system for emergency oral inflation, integrated lifting harness, waist and chest adjustment straps, buddy-line and SOLAS whistle. Quotes should be in the following format: price for each item independently and price for combined line items.. Award Basis: Best Value.
