Saco Ranger District Office and Annex Renovations. Furnish equipment, labor, and materials to construct a new roof over the rear entrance of the Saco Office, re-side the office building, remove the pressure treated wood deck at the Annex Building, construct new concrete entrance ramps and stairs, and re-seed disturbed areas.
Location: White Mountain National Forest, Saco Ranger District, Conway, NH 03818. The ranger station is located on the north side of Kancamagus Highway (State Highway 112) about 400 feet west from the intersection with State Highway 16 (signal intersection) in Carroll County.
Plans and specifications will be uploaded to this site on or around April 21, 2008.
This project is advertised for full and open competition under the Small Business Competitive Demonstration Project.
Construction Price Range: $25,000 to $100,000.
