General Description of Requirement
Tenders are invited for the supply and delivery of concrete ties, insulators, pads, and fasteners in accordance with the Requirements of this ITT. The City of Vancouver (the "City") plans to replace the existing rail infrastructure along the existing Downtown Historic Railway (DHR) corridor, from Granville Island to the future Canada Line station at 2nd Avenue.
