Synopsis:

We intend to award a sole source contract to Fluke Biomedical RMS, 6045 Cochran Road, Cleveland, OH 44139-3303, to purchase one (1) Stack Monitor System. The Stack Monitor System is a direct replacement equipment and spare part for the current system. The Stack Monitor System is only manufactured, developed, and maintenance by Fluke Biomedical RMS, who has proprietary rights. The Stack Monitor System is compatible, and interchangeable with the existing equipment. Other than full and open competition will be used under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No other Supplies or Services will satisfy agency requirement. This is Not a Request for Quotations. No Solicitation or RFQ will be forthcoming.
