The Paulding County Department of Transportation is soliciting a Request for Proposals from experienced pre-qualified GDOT engineering firms interested in providing professional services to complete a SR 61 Dallas By-Pass Feasibility Study in Paulding County. The Scope will consist of developing and evaluating alternatives (being either new alignment, new alignment with the utilization of existing street networks or just the utilization of existing street networks) to include safety and operation improvements that are constructible and fundable.
