will be considered. Manufacture of this part requires use of master or coordinated tooling. Approved sources are: Aircraft Hinge, CAGE 0CD56, Walden s Machine, CAGE 3U410, Stellex Precision Machining, CAGE 33899, Wainwright Industries, CAGE 51150, Central Ozark Machine, CAGE 64896 and Boeing, CAGE 76301. Government first article testing applies; sample size 2 each. Solicitation will result in a Firm Fixed Price contract for 67 each to New Cumberland, PA. 100% quantity option applies. FOB Destination with Inspection & Acceptance Origin. Requested delivery is 274 days after first article approval. There is no surge requirement for this NSN. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies; the final contract award decision may be based on a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation will be issued on 23 July 2008, with a closing date of 22 August 2008. The solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https:/www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil. From the DIBBS homepage under the Solicitations tab, select RFPs, then choose the RFP you wish to download. RFPS are in portable document format (PDF). Solicitation is amended to to delete the 100% option quantity and associated clauses, increase the quantity for CLIN 0001 from 67 ea to 130 ea, and extend the closing date to 25 August 2008.
