Synopsis:

The government (88 CONS/PKA) intends to solicit and negotiate withonly one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b) and FAR 6.302-1(b)(1)(ii). The proposed source is COPP SYSTEMS, DAYTON, OH. The item being procured is INSTALLATION TO SECURITY AND ENTRY COMPONENTS TO THE NEXWATCH ACCESS CONTROL SYSTEM INFRASTRUCTURE MATERIAL. This notice is being published for information purposes only and is not a request for competitive quotations; however, any quotations received within three (3) days of the issuance of this notice will be considered by the government. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
