PDOT proposed to engage the successful Proposer for the following services:
X Management, coordination, and implementation of all elements relating to the provision ob bicycle and pedestrian classroom education
X Multimodal individualized marketing, education, and encouragement activities (as identified and coordinated by Proposer) for elementary school students and related adults in 25 schools
X Management and maintenance of 230 bicycles
X Volunteer recruitment, management and coordination
