The VA Heartland Network 15 has a requirement for valet parking services for the VA Medical Center, John Cochran Division, St. Louis, MO and the Harry S. Truman VA Medical Center, Columbia, MO. Contractor shall provide complete management of valet parking services and is required to furnish all equipment, labor and supplies needed to provide said services. Services are to be performed Monday through Friday between the hours of 6:00 am and 6:00 pm for the St. Louis, MO facility and Monday through Friday between the hours of 7:00 am and 3:30 pm. for the Columbia, MO facility. Contract will be for a base period anticipated to begin August 1, 2008 with option to renew three (3) additional one year periods. The proposed contract is 100% set aside for award to Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business concerns. Offers or proposals from other than service-disabled veteran-owned small business concerns will not be considered and shall be rejected. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. Proposals will be evaluated on best value and past performance in accordance with the evaluation procedures of the solicitation. Request for Proposal will be available on or about June 9, 2008. Due date for receipt of offers is July 3, 2008, 4:00 p.m. CST. Pre-proposal site visits are scheduled for Thursday, June 19, 2008, at 1:00 pm. CST for the VAMC, Columbia facility and June 20, 2008 at 10:00 a.m. CST for the VAMC, St. Louis facility. Anticipated award date is July 21, 2008.
Amendment No. 1 is hereby issued making changes to the subject solicitation: RFP VA-255-08-RP-0284. Closing date for receipt of proposals remains July 3, 2008, 4:00 p.m. CST.
