Solicitation Number NAR080073 applies and will be issued as a Request for Proposals for the following services: The BLM Rawlins Field Office in Rawlins, WY has a requirement for janitorial services for the location of 1300 N. 3rd St., Rawlins, WY consisting of the main office building with approximately 27,000 square feet, including approximately 1,675 square feet of tile/vinyl flooring and 25,305 square feet of carpet; fire dispatch building with approximately 2,600 square feet, including cleanable space of 1,950 square feet of carpet and 650 square feet of tile/vinyl flooring; and sign shop with approximately 8,040 square feet, including 500 square feet of carpet, 40 square feet of vinyl flooring, 1,500 square feet of rubber flooring, and 6,000 square feet of concrete. The Contractor shall provide management, supervision, labor, supplies, materials, equipment and tools, except for specified Government furnished property, required to effectively, efficiently, and satisfactorily perform the janitorial services specified within the statement of work.
The BLM anticipates a firm-fixed price award for one (1) year beginning August 1, 2008.
This is a 100% set-aside for small business. The standard NAICS classification is 561720. Size standard is $15 million. The solicitation will be issued on or about May 9, 2008.
