Description
S--This proposed procurement is Set-aside for Small Businesses, NAICS 561740 with a size standard of $4,500,000.00. Estimated cost of requirement is less than $2,500.00 for two cleanings, Spring and Fall of 2008 at all five locations.

Work co nsists of supplying all equipment, materials, labor and supplies necessary to provide professional steam cleaning services for carpeted areas at the five U. S. Armed Forces Recruiting Stations located at 6125 Backlick Road, Springfield, VA; 13881-B Metrote ch Drive, Chantilly, VA; 6190 Franconia Road, Alexandria, VA; 604/606 Newark Shopping Center, Newark, DE and 150 East Main Street,     Newark, DE.     The services shall be rendered twice per year, Spring and Fall with special care given to stains as needed at s aid cleaning times.     The vendor who receives the award shall coordinate the time of carpet cleaning with all station commanders at the various locations.     The bid amount shall include all supplies and equipment needed to perform and provide a superb profes sional job.     All responsible sources may submit a bid which shall be considered by the agency. The solicitation will be provided in an electronic format, free of charge, to all registered plan holders. The media through which the Government chooses to issu e this solicitation will be the Internet only. This solicitation will not be issued in paper. Contractors requests for this solicitation will be performed through ASFI.

Contractors may download the request for quotations package in an electronic f ormat, free of charge to all authenticated account holders of Federal Technical Data Solution System (FedTeDS)--a one time registration process for vendors/contractors--Accounts may only be attained by CCR-registered contractors/vendors, go to: https://www .fedteds.gov for additional information. After issuance of the solicitation, contractors may view and/or download this solicitation and all amendments at the following internet address: https://www.fedteds.gov/fedteds/start.nsf/frm.vendorlogin?Solicitation Number=W912DR-07-X-XXXX.
