Synopsis: The U. S. Army Corps of Engineers requires supplying all equipment, materials, labor, supplies, transportation and delivery of Janitorial Services located at 5112 Pegasus Court, Suites A & B, Frederick, Md 21704. The estimate cost of this requirement is between $9,800.00 and $49,500.00. The work is to be performed during the period of 01 October 2008 through 30 September 2013, Base year plus 4 Option years. This requirement NAICS is 561740 and the size standard is $14.0 million. It is currently set-aside for small businesses only. This requirement must be provided in strict accordance with the statement of work included in the request for quotation bid package that can be obtained from the Corp s' website. Only those vendors who can provide the requirement EXACTLY as stated in the specifications may provide a quote. All responsible sources may submit a bid which shall be considered by the agency. The solicitation will be provided in an electronic format, free of charge, to all registered plan holders.
