Synopsis:

The Contractor shall provide all personnel, work place operations, equipment, tools, transportation, materials, supervision and other items necessary to perform Scheduled Preventive Maintenance for HVAC with associated unscheduled minor repair; Scheduled Preventive Maintenance for Fire Prevention Systems with associated unscheduled minor repair, and general work orders issued for Minor Repair services for the 88th Regional Readiness Support Command (RRSC). This procurement is divided into 5 regions. The regions covered under this contract are considered the Northwest Region of the United States. Region 1 consists of the following states: Michigan, Ohio and Indiana. Region 2 consists of the following states: Illinois, Wisconsin and Minnesota. Region 3 consists of the following states: Iowa and Nebraska. Region 4 consists of the following states: Colorado, Montana, North Dakota, South Dakota and Utah. Region 5 consists of the following states: Idaho, Oregon and Washington. The facilities in these regions are comprised of United States Army Reserve Centers with associated buildings that are categorized as but not limited to USARC, OMS, AMSA, Storage, Hangar and AFRC. The period of performance is 31 January 2009 through 1 February 2010 with fourone-year option periods. Multiple awards may be made. Subject to the provisions contained herein, for HVAC Maintenance Repair - award shall be made to a single offeror per region, and no more than one contract will be awarded in each region. For Fire Suppression Maintenance and Repair award shall be made to a single offeror per region, no more than one contract will be awarded in each region. For General Minor Repair award shall be made to a single offeror per region, no more than one contract willbe awarded in each region. Up to a total of 15 contracts may be awarded from this solicitation. This is an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity type contract. The government guarantees a minimum of $10,000.00 for the base performance period. The NAICS code, SIC code and size standard for this procurement are 561210, 8744, $32.5 Million. This requirement is being solicited as a small business set-a-side. Eligible firms shall request a solicitation package in writing. No telephone requests will be accepted. Requests sent via mail must contain a verifiable return address or they will not be opened. All requests shall include the solicitation number, your companys name and address, business size, a point of contact, telephone number, email address and facsimile number. If available, also include Taxpayer Identification Number, Cage Code and DUNS number. The date proposals are due will be annotated in the solicitation package. The solicitation package will be uploaded on AFSI on 15 April 2008.
