Synopsis:

The work consists of furnishing all plant, labor, equipment and material to install broadloom carpet, carpet tiles, vinyl sheet goods, vinyl base molding, transition strips, floor leveling and new underlayment. The contract shall also include removal and disposal of old carpet, vinyl sheet goods, old vinyl base molding and old underlayment. This is a requirements contract. The contract period is for one (1) year with four (4) option years. Offer due date listed is approximate and is subject to change based on solicitation issue date. NAICS Code is 238330, and the size standard for a small business is $13 million in average sales or receipts for the preceding three years. POC is James Johnson. All contractors are required to be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) prior to award. Lack of registration in the CCR database will make an offeror ineligible for award. Therefore, offerors that are not registered should consider applying for registration immediately upon receipt of this solicitation.
