Description:
UVA seeks services related to the South Lawn Project Vista Point Stone Package. Obtain the adapted LOI form from http://www.fm.virginia.edu/fpc/ContractAdmin/ConstructionAdvertise.htm .The University will procure this contract through competitive negotiation. The Package includes furnishing and installing stone pavers and benches for the Vista Point Area of the South Lawn Project. The project involves the construction of the new College of Arts and Sciences Building. The building will be a 5 story, 115,000 s.f. steel frame structure with a framed roof and brick and precast cladding. In addition, there will be an attached steel framed 100 wide pedestrian crossing over Jefferson Park Avenue.
