Synopsis:

This procurement is 100% set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) through commercial item procedures. The VA Gulf Coast Veterans Health Care System is issuing a solicitation for landscape maintenance for the Joint Ambulatory Care Center (JACC) located at 790 Veterans Way, Pensacola, Florida for the period of October 1, 2008 through September 30, 2009, with four (4) one-year options. Contractor shall furnish all labor, tools, specialized equipment, fungicides, herbicides, insecticides, fertilizer, and other necessary materials, supervision and transportation to perform landscape maintenance services for the JACC property. The NAICS code for this procurement is 561730, with a size standard of $6.5 million. The solicitation will be issued on or around August 25, 2008.
